To ensure the upmost security of our customers and to give us peace of mind we have decided to use Paypal as our payment method, they are experienced in this field and handle the payment transactions, therefore we do not access or hold any customer payment details.

We offer free delivery for orders of £20.00 or over in the Stoke on Trent Area ( 5 miles radius of Fenton). Orders placed before 16.00hrs will be delivered the next day if required, sorry but we are not presently able to offer a same day delivery service. 

Please note we will attempt to deliver your floral arrangement on the date and at a time requested, however if there is no one available to accept the delivery it will be left with a neighbour and a card informing the intended recipient of where it has been delivered pushed through the intended recipients letterbox.

For Funeral Tributes 48hrs notice is required.

For Wedding orders a month's notice is required for all on-line bookings.

 

Our free consultation service is available for Wedding Couples living within the Stoke on Trent area, consultations are available for Wedding Couples living outside of Stoke on Trent at a small charge for milage please ring for further details.
